Liability Agreement that you signed and agreed with when filling out forms

I will listen to the preparation videos in the preparation portal, unless you are doing the discount of under $2100 a month payment.

Section One:

Doctors and Medicine: I do hereby enter into a personal ministry agreement with Touch of God International Ministries Ministry Team for deliverance and healing ministry sessions. Touch of God International Ministries advises anyone taking medicine not to stop or to forego medical care, prescriptions, or mental health disease. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the very nature of their problem(s) is necessarily such that no specific result(s) can be promised or warranted by any ministry counseling services.

Section Two:

Neglect or Abuse of Children Per Texas Law: There are certain situations where information about individuals undergoing ministry may be released with or without their permission. These situations are as follows: When the knowledge that children, under your care or outside your care, are going through abuse, neglect, or in danger, then Touch of God, by law, must call the proper authorities. In emergencies where there may be danger to the client or others, as with homicide or suicide, then confidentiality may be broken; if a court of law issues a legitimate subpoena relating to a child abuse case, we are required by law to provide the information specifically described in the subpoena, If an unreported life-threatening felony has been committed, we are required by law to report it to the police,

Section Three:

Licensed Therapists: I acknowledge that Touch of God International Ministries is not a licensed counselor, therapist, medical practitioner, or psychological practitioner. Ministers are prayer facilitators only. The client receives healing and deliverance ministry. I am responsible for my behavior, memories, and life decisions. I take full responsibility for the results of my choices, good or bad, for my life. Touch of God International Ministries offers no guarantee for healing or deliverance because a person is responsible for the walkout and renewing their mind.

I understand that Touch of God International Ministries does not offer urgent care, emergency prayer, aftercare, or mental health services, and its ministers reserve the right to discontinue ministry at any time for any reason that is reasonable. We are a 501(c)3 and the Board also makes decisions for the ministers.

Section Four:

Appointment Time/Payment: Cost of Ministry is Due Before the Scheduled Time (unless otherwise discussed beforehand). You are expected to be on time at the designated time (CST), and I will only wait 15 to 20 minutes for you. If you cannot make it, please get in touch with me 24 hours before the appointed time. If you don't show up, I assume you don't want the ministry. If you are running late, you must contact me by text at 817-381-8115. If you paid and are a no-show without contacting the ministry and changing your mind about the ministry, only 50% is reimbursed. If you do it a second time, there is no reimbursement.

All Ministry is through Zoom, and I require a camera and audio, if not in person.

Section Five:

The undersigned fully understands the nature of healing and deliverance ministry counseling such as Touch of God International Ministries. The undersigned waives and releases Touch of God International Ministries from any actions, courses of action claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, and compensation on account of any known and unknown personal self-inflicted injuries, mental anguish, or agitation and damage claims to person or property resulting from or arising out of, or related to, healing and deliverance counseling services and ministerial services at any point after the date of this release.

Section Six:

If you are feeling suicidal, please keep a mental health services number handy or dial 911 for emergencies, or call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) if you feel the urge to commit suicide. Touch of God Int'l Ministries is a ministry of help and not a counseling service.

Seven:

Release of Liability - I hereby, depending on payment plan, watch the required videos in portal and anything else specified before ministry session. The minister will send you a link to the portal after clients become a member and save their username and password.
